alloc-only allocator

Description
An alloc-only allocator is faster and simpler than gslice or malloc, and is more memory efficient and reduces fragmentation and page pinning, and declutters valgrind output.
It will be used for things like type-info, string interning, etc. It's like a memchunk, stringchunk, etc, except that there's a single one of it only, and there's no freeing.
