Incorporate oss-fuzz fuzz targets into GLib
The ideal integration of fuzz targets as documented by oss-fuzz is for them to be stored and maintained upstream. We should do that with the small set of targets which currently exist for GLib. This moves the maintenance burden to the place where it’s most easily handled.
