On win32, storing the size of the glade window doesn't work properly when it is maximized

Description
Please describe the problem: At least on win32, the wrong size information is stored when you close the glade window.
Steps to reproduce:
- Run glade-3.
- Maximize the glade main window.
- Close glade-3.
- Rerun glade-3.
Actual results: When you rerun glade-3 the window is resized to the full size of your screen but is not actually maximized. This results in a very large window with borders mostly not on the screen, making it hard to resize it back to something reasonable.
Expected results: The size that the window was before it was maximized should be stored and restored, and the fact that the window was maximized should be stored and restored separately.
Does this happen every time? Yes.
Other information: I have a patch that fixes this problem on win32. I don't know if the same problem exists on Linux.
