	properties are in effect.

	* plugins/gtk+/glade-tool-button-editor.c: Made tables insensitive when activatable
	properties are in effect.

	* plugins/gtk+/glade-button-editor.c: Allow use of use-stock choice while activatable
	properties are in effect.
