gi/gerror: Fix version of the GIRepository typelib import

There never was a 1.0 of the GIRepository typelib, this is most likely a typo or was confused with the girepository-1.0 library version.

This code has silently doing nothing ever since it was introduced in 2ab1b3f0 as 1.0 typelib never existed.
