Resolve "GISCAN GjsPrivate-1.0.gir fails"

This attempts to detect the situation where the one remaining patch that's required for SpiderMonkey 52 isn't applied. This can happen when someone is compiling their own SpiderMonkey from the Firefox sources and doesn't realize that it's broken.

Closes #128 (closed).
