installed-tests: Install matchers.js

Simon McVittie requested to merge wip/smcv/installed-tests into master

Otherwise testGLibLogWriter.js will fail.

This resolves an installed-tests failure in Debian's autopkgtest infrastructure. Please apply to 1.70.x if accepted.
