menu: A few tweaks in menu
menu: Remove accel from menu
As far as I know the accel entries have been removed in GTK3 or are no longer shown by default. If we need it again, we can add it with GTK-4.
menu: Change two "about" entries
GNOME apps use About entriges with app names, e.g. "About Files". Follow GNOME scheme and display the "About gitg" entry in the both menu.
application: Remove unsued help entry
