Auto-update does not update some references in history view
When doing a commit/fetch/pull of a repo that is being watched in gitg, commits/branches appear properly, but the heads don't get updated. Requesting a manual update (e.g. with F5) works as expected, however.
Steps to reproduce:
- Enable Preferences -> Monitoring -> Automatically (...)
- Create a new repo (git init .)
- Create and commit some file. The commit will appear in gitg with master beside it.
- Create and commit some other file. The commit will appear but master will remain in the previous commit.
- Hit F5 and see master move to the last commit.
This is in Ubuntu LTS 18.04.
