	GIMP_TYPE_PARAM_PARASITE and the GimpRGB utility functions. Some
	fixes/cleanup in the new array and string array code.

	* libgimpcolor/gimprgb.[ch]: added the parasite and rgb stuff here.

	* app/pdb/procedural_db.c: removed unused variable.
