	* app/core/gimpdrawable-transform.c: declared
	gimp_drawable_transform_cubic() as inline function. Makes
	sample_cubic() run about 10% faster and causes a 7% speedup on
	cubic transformations.

	* app/paint-funcs/paint-funcs.c (border_region): avoid an
	unnecessary memory allocation.
