Draft: Prototype GimpProcedureDialog show widget for Font

Merely a few lines to demonstrate a proposed implementation, using flags of GParamSpec.

Brush seems to be more complicated. Probably need another prototype for that, an alternative implementation defining GimpParamSpecBrush.
