Fix #6839 by deleting call to gimp-context-set-transform-recursion

Fixed #6839 (closed) per discussion in the issue: just delete a line that seems to set transform recursion to 3, which is anyway its default.

I really don't understand the plugin, nor transform recursion, so it might not be the correct fix.

I did test it very lightly, the fixed filter seems to produce the same effect as in 2.10.
