Draft: Issue #11045: Long layer names do not push the search icon away, and long names are now ellipsized

I have removed the horizontal scrollability of the ContainerTreeView, which prevents the Search icon from escaping the screen width. Also, I have ellipsized the names of the Layers, which basically adds 3 dots at the end to fit the text in the cell.
