Changing edit-delete/edit-delete-symbolic icons from X to bin

Uzugijin requested to merge Uzugijin/gimp-u:edit-delete-icon-to-trashbin into master

prompted by #10835 (closed) ; To avoid users possibly mistaking the X icon on the NDE filter pop-up for a close button, it was discussed that it might be for the better if edit-delete icon gets changed to a bin rather than an X.
