widgets: viewable box, hard coded outline, width increase

possibly the last thing in GIMP with a hard-coded outline, seems pretty inaccessible via CSS. sets a 1 pixel border to 2 pixels, makes it nice on 4K. Not ideal but better.

Ideal would be CSS accessibility, and the ability to apply 'radius' to a 'view', to round off hard boxy edges found on brushes, gradients, patterns, color squares, previews, layers and so on.
