dialogs, tools, widgets: slider precision
Certain sliders have .0 and .00 precision. From a visual point of view this is not so good. From a practical point of view .00 is probably unnecessary. This MR is a manual fix for better balancing of presented precision, GUI simplicity and practical usage.
