app: make colorbutton tooltips translatable

A small addition in translatability, though quite hard to find, so I had trouble finding it again when I looked for it.

For indexed images, the FG/BG button opens a dialog that has buttons with tooltips. These were extracted by gettext but the translations were not used. This changes the macro so they actually are used in the GUI.
