tools: warp tool commit changes from the erase or smooth option
The warp tool behavior combo box remembers the setting set by the user, which is good. Except when the warp has been committed and the tool is in erase or smooth mode. Then the user gets a stuck response, see video. This happens a lot, as I switch for warp to paint and back to warp.
This merge sets the erase mode to move mode (the default) when the warp is committed.Unfortunately the combo box display needs updating with the latest behavior state and I could not find a way to do this.
