tools: auto deselect free select
This merge adds an option to automatically deselect the selection. Which sounds odd, until you start using the Free Select as a painting tool. In that use, the point of the tool is to block in colors, not to create selections. The selections can get in the way of further adjustments, between blocks of color. Hopefully the attached video explains it.
Note, the video also has the 'filled' option and 'auto commit' option active. This merge is just the 'Auto deselect' option.
