Issue #8877: Package 'gdbus' on Windows to fix warnings

Fix #8877 (closed)

This is a quite old bug that leads Windows users of Development versions to think that are some kind of error in the build since they see:

GLib-GIO-WARNING **: win32 session dbus binary not found

This MR fix it similar to https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/commit/a4560c714e74afe125744c3a3fa179cddfb4da19. (Although I haven't tested it because currently it is almost impossible to test GIMP master on Windows due to outdated instructions and fragile CI.)
