Snapping to active paths is a great way to draw straight lines with pressure or elegant curves.
A higher snap setting for paths means it can be traced and retraced without fear of the paint tool snapping off the path.
This MR adds an additional snap preference:
Canvas Interaction -> Snapping Behavior -> Active Path
The default value is set much higher, at 512 pixels.
