Fix scripts after changes to text PDB API

All changes to script .scm files.

gimp-text-fontname => gimp-text-font etc

No issue reported, but test scripts fail before this fix.

Plugin scripts (e.g. Render Font Map) still fail, but for another issue re default font in ScriptFu, soon to be reported and fixed.
