Opacity adjustment keeps running, messes up tool settings - Mac OS 13.4.1 - GIMP 2.10.34 (1)
Environment/Versions
- GIMP version: 2.10.34
- Package: Installer
- Operating System: MacOS 13.4.1
This only happens occasionally but already happened twice in month, I am trying to adjust Opacity from 100 to a lower value, I click and hold the mouse button on the down arrow button, then releasing about half way but the values continue going down all the way to ZERO, which is not a problem but then when it hits ZERO all the tool tabs also disappear from the side bar, it takes me considerable time to set these back up again the way they were. I have been using GIMP for years (also a donator), this is only happening since I installed 2.10.34 about a month or so ago. My system: 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro with OS 13.4.1. Again, I don't mind the values not stopping but the tabs disappearing from the side bar takes me considerable time to setup again. Thank you for looking into this, again unfortunately only happens occasionally and not being able to replicate it intentionally at this time. Description of the bug
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Not, happens occasionally, not been able to intentionally replicate it
Reproduction steps:
- Click and hold down arrow for Opacity value to get to a low value
- Releasing mouse button to let go down arrow button
- Values continue going down to 0 even after releasing button, then all tabs (tools options ... etc.) disappear from side bar
…
Expected result: Value for Opacity stops going down after releasing mouse button
Actual result: Goes to ZERO, then all tool tabs on side bar also disappear
