Color 0 in 1 bit palette is changed to white

Description of the bug
If you have more than 1 image that are both 1 bit color mode i.e. Black/White, saving one image and closing it returns to next image which then changes the first color of the palette to white.
Images explained: Image 1 - have 2 1 bit images, none white as first color in the palette Save and close one image Image 2 - shows that the first color is now white.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Have 2 images with 1 bit palette, something else than white as first color in the palette
- save image 2 and close it.
- now check out palette of image 1

Expected result: Color 1 is unchanged on subsequent images
Actual result: Color 1 is white on subsequent images

This error has been in gimp atleast since 2.10.28 (and as far as I remember a few releases before)
