Be more clear when creating image with physical unit (inch, cm, ...)

Description
With standard settings, "File->New" creates a new image with 72px/in. The settings to change this are hidden behind the "Advanced Settings" toggler, so new users maybe don't even know they are there. Recently, there are more and more users asking: "I created an image with xx cm, why does my print shop tell me it's too small to print it as xx cm?"
Maybe it would be a good idea to warn the user when using a physical unit for the image size but having only 72px/in (or anything smaller than some preset boundary) selected as the resolution. I see no good reason why anyone would want to create an image with pyhsical units for digital use only. So I think it is safe to assume that this person wants to print that image and for printing, a resolution of 72px/in often is way too low.
There is plenty of whitespace left on the right side of the "Create a New Image" dialog. Maybe we can add a small reminder to check the resolution when the user selects something like cm as the new unit for the image size. A link to some kind of easy to understand explanation about the resolution setting would also be nice.
