Allow fill upon shape creation
Operating System:
All
Description of the feature
It's a small but very useful suggestion that will save you a click when making a circle or square or whatever custom shape, have an option checkbox in the toolbox options area when you have tools such as circle, square, free select, path tool (Already a thing in 2.10 and 2.99 but still is two clicks), and other tools.
Use cases
It shouldn't have to be two clicks to fill a circle (3 or more if you want to count the dialog window that pops up when you click on the fill option either in the menubar or right clicking on the selected area) or custom path or custom freehand selection shape. What there should be is once you release the mouse button or release the stylus pen off the tablet it should auto fill or auto draw on the path depending on which option you selected. The fill concept is already in the path selection tool, but it's still two or more clicks. Plus it will mean the false notion that GIMP can't make circles will die off because now you can, in just a single click. No need to make another tool, just have GIMP auto fill in or auto draw on the path upon releasing the mouse button. It's a very simple but effective solution.
