Low res svg rendering displays imperfections (due to cairo limitations)
Environment/Versions

- Operating System:
Description of the bug
On high resolution rendering, there is no issue. But when you go lower on resolution, there are more and more rendering artifacts (transparency being where it should not). Feels like point/path calculation not being correct (datatype roundering ?) May be related also, image border are rendered with transparency when an svg backcolor is set.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
- open GIMP
- drag-drop svg file
- choose < 200 px width
- zoom
- watch rendered graphics artifacts
