Wrong colors when drawing

- GIMP version: 2.10.30
- Package: from gimp website directly
- Operating System: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
What happened is that i am not able to draw in the exact color i want using my brush 1 pixel. No matter what color i pick, i am not able to use my desired color and instead, uses the color that has already been in the photo. Description of the bug
the photo i am trying to draw on is 14918x7462 big, which the problem persisted, but in a 4794x2519 photo or in a 1280x2277 photo, i can color normally in my wanted color!

Reproduction steps:
- get a 14918x7462 image
- draw using the brush 1 pixel mode
- choose the color you wanted to use
- draw

Expected result: drawn in my wanted color
Actual result: drawn in a WRONG color, using the color that is already in the photo
Additional information
it happens when the pic is 14918x7462 big but when in a smaller photo, i can color normally when it happens, it draws in the color that is already in the picture before i draw in gimp instead of the color i wanted to use
