Warp tool inaccurate with large tool size
GIMP 2.10.24
Windows 10
I mainly use Warp tool in Move pixels mode, but the same issue appears in all modes of Warp tool.
If I set a large brush size in Warp tool (like 1000 px or more), it moves pixels with too low precision, even if Spacing is set to 1 (minimum). I expect it to go pixel by pixel, or even with subpixel precision, as it happens in Photoshop's Liquify tool and the old GIMP iWarp tool. Instead, it skips a few pixels - I'd say: about 5 pixels for each 1000 pixels of brush size. It behaves just as a painting brush for which you've set too high increment (spacing).
I badly need to be able to adjust my warps with fine precision and large radius at the same time.
The issue was also described (although vaguely) there:

Someone came up with a workaround of scaling up the image a couple of times to compensate the inaccuracy of Warp tool. Though I guess it has negative impact on performance.
The issue is not vivid with small brush sizes, lie 100 px.
