2.10.x or Newer Won't Open. Segmentation Fault MacOS

2.8 Works fine but any version of 2.10 fails to open. Running from Terminal I get...
GIMP is started as MacOS application

Is the bug reproducible? --> Always
Reproduction steps:
- Run GIMP from Terminal or GUI
Expected result: Should open as normal
Actual result: Unresponsive. Needs force quit
