[Feature Request] Unsaved changes dialog shall block reboot
Operating System: Windows
Description of the feature
When a system reboot is issued the dialog, indicating that there are unsaved changes, shall block the reboot, so that the user has the chance to go back to GIMP and save the changes, similar to many other applications.
Alternatively, GIMP could store unsaved changes, in case of a detected reboot, when the dialog about unsaved changes won't be answered by the user, to a temporary backup file. This backup could be used to restore the content when the original file is opened again. But I'd assume that this would require much more effort and deeper changes to the source code, than making the dialog for confirming unsaved changes more persistent.
Use cases
I had unsaved changes in GIMP when Windows opened a pop-up dialog, stating that a system update required a reboot, which I accidentally confirmed by pressing RETURN after renaming a layer. GIMP was closed and the reboot was perfomed. Other applications won't close in such instances, when there are unsaved changes and the user shall confirm, whether to save them. Windows would then show, that there's an application preventing the reboot.
