More layer treeview buttons

Submitted by Ilmari Heikkinen

Link to original bug (#138700)

Description

It'd be nice to have buttons for Alpha To Selection, Add Layer Mask, and Mask To Selection in the Layers-tab. There should be a pop-up-less default behaviour for the Add Layer Mask -button, I'd say current selection, or white if no selection.

If these take too much space (hum, I think the Paths-tab has 8 buttons..), take out move layer up, move layer down, anchor selection. All of these can be achieved by either drag-dropping in the tree view or clicking in the image, unlike the alpha/mask/select-mask -ones.

Also perhaps make alt-clicking on a layer thumbnail to set selection to its transparency, shift-alt-click to add to sel, ctrl-alt-click to remove from sel. Ditto for mask thumbnails.

Version: 2.0.x
