Description of the bug
after finishing creating your artwork press ctrl+shift+E , and it stays still for some second then gives me an error massage.
it like the exporter does not work at all.

- after creating an art work 2.press ctrl+shift+E to export

Expected result: a png file is supposed to be created or any other file format you select.
Actual result: a png or any other file you select is does not appear.
Additional information
Plug-in crashed: "file-png.exe" (C:\Program Files\GIMP 2.99\lib\gimp\2.99\plug-ins\file-png\file-png.exe)
The dying plug-in may have messed up GIMP's internal state. You may want to save your images and restart GIMP to be on the safe side.
