Add Toolbox to appear on Windows Taskbar, like its another window

Operating System:

Description of the feature

Use cases

Is it possible to make the Gimp Toolbox appears on the Windows Taskbar, so one doesn't have to try to find it by minimizing other windows. I know its possible to always keep it on top, but this isn't a desired solution, as sometimes the Toolbox appears over stuff and can get in the way. image I am not sure if this is an appropriate solution, but its all I can think of at this time. Or, perhaps, have a shortcut key to make it a foreground dialog upon request. Hope I am making sense here.

By the way, hats off to all you developers out there that make Gimp my favorite graphics program!

Gary
