***FALSE POSITIVE*** GIMP_2_99_4 Export-to-PNG Crashed - GIMP-WARNING: gimp-2.99.exe: gimp_wire-read(): error

Description of the bug
Exporting JPG image to PNG format after applying a gaussian blur effect. Completed the prompts for filename, extension, compression settings, etc.. Clicked 'export' and the process crashes with 'file-png.exe' error, the main GIMP application continues to run without issue.
Reproduction
Always with this image. Will check to see if it happens with others but don't have time at the moment.
Reproduction steps:
- Open JPG in GIMP
- add 'gaussian blur' filter/effect to image
- File > Export > PNG [default settings]

Expected result: GIMP.saves(file) -> file.png
Actual result: GIMP export process crashes
