GIMP 2.10.22 (revision 3) macOS won't launch with multiple files selected for opening

Description of the bug
If you try to open multiple files in GIMP on macOS it doesn't open either of them unless GIMP is already running.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- Make sure GIMP isn't running.
- Put two image files on your desktop.
- Select them both.
- Right-click on the two selected files and select "Open With → GIMP 2.10".
- Note that GIMP launches with neither of the files opened.
- Now, with GIMP running, repeat steps 3-4 and observe that they open successfully in GIMP.
Alternative reproduction steps (from command line).
- Make sure GIMP isn't running.
- Run
open -a /Applications/GIMP-2.10.app path-to-image-file path-to-another-image-file
. - Note that GIMP launches without opening the two specified image files.
- Now, with GIMP running, repeat step 2 and observe that the image files open successfully in GIMP.
Expected result:
GIMP should be launched with the specified files opened.
Actual result:
The files are not opened when GIMP launches.
