Allow displaying palettes without the black grid lines

Description
Currently, the "Palette editor" panel always displays the colors with a black border around them, leading to a black grid.
For some palettes, it is much better to display them without this black grid. The UI will look lighter and the colors will be a lot more readable. (For comparison, the "Colormap" panel does not show a black border around each color.)
In my opinion, I would just remove the black border; but if you really want, there could be an option somewhere.
If you want some sample palettes to test with and without the black border: https://projects.kde.org/projects/calligra/repository/revisions/master/show/data/palettes https://github.com/denilsonsa/gimp-palettes/blob/master/palettes/Windows-MFC-hexagonal.gpl https://github.com/denilsonsa/gimp-palettes/blob/master/gpl_to_html.py
