Multiple Monitor - Gimp Client not opening on center monitor
GIMP version: GIMP 2.10.2
Note: bug reporters are expected to have verified the bug still exists either in the last stable version of GIMP or on updated development code (master branch).
Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64 bit
Package: Installer from gimp.org
Description of the bug
I use three monitors Center = 21:9 3440x1440 + both Left and Right = 16:9 1920x1080. Monitor IDs are left to right 3, 1, 2. When I open Gimp the initial Gimp loading screen that shows the modules loading displays on the center monitor (1) but when that finishes and disappears the Gimp Client always opens on the right monitor (2). It's not in truth a problem really as I simply drag it to the center monitor (1). It's just frustrating.
Also each time I open the Foreground Color Palette it first opens on the center monitor (1) then next time I open it, it opens on the left monitor (3) then next time it opens half off the top off the left monitor (3) see attached image. the next time it opens but is off the desktop... or it doesn't open at all.
