Add color space information to Darktable plugin
Add color space information to the Darktable -> GIMP RAW loader
Currently the way GIMP loads images through Darktable's RAW loader is by having Darktable export the image as a 32bpc BT709 image, this means the color space exported from RAW images is only sRGB, even if the RAW image has colors outside the sRGB color space, there is an option in Darktable to export as any color space but the GIMP loader defaults it to BT709 regardless
The feature would allow for Darktable's color space output option to be used by GIMP so that images in color spaces other than sRGB could be loaded directly, the current workaround is starting Darktable standalone and exporting as tiff and then opening the tiff in GIMP, which is tedious especially when working with large image files that take considerable disk space when saved as 32bpc
