File > New... it returns: There is not disk in the drive

Description of the bug
GIMP 2.10.18 Opening Gimp and clicking on File > New... (or CTRL+N) a pop up returns "There is not disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive \Device\HardDisk8\DR8"
Clicking on Cancel or Continue, I can go on. But each time I try to save etc: it returns the same error
I reinstalled GIMP but I got the same issue.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? [Always / Randomly / Happened only once ]
No idea how to reproduce it. It started all of sudden.
