curve-bend segmentation fault
GIMP version: 2.10.14
Operating System:macOS?
Package: Installer from gimp.org
When using the curve-bend during python-fu interface, it has a tendency to segfault. It is quite random, the same commands sometime work and the same command sometimes seg-faults. I have tried this under three scenarios a) using the python console in 'real time' b) using a pre-registered plug-in c) using standalone command-line style without previously loading up GIMP
Seg-faults in all three cases (randomly), although randomness of doing using method c) is much reduced.
I also know my curve parameters are good, as I use the GUI to export the raw data points of a working curve first and them load them back into my script.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Randomly
Reproduction steps:
- Create a valid and sound curve bend using the GUI, and export the data points of that curve.
- compile simple script to do simple curve-bend
- repeat several times, until seg-fault
