Screen designation on load
Operating System: Windows 10
Description of the feature
Open the application in the same window every time and remember what window/screen it was in when closed, not necessarily the window it was launched from
Use cases
Example: If I have my file explorer open on window 1 and I open an image file in GIMP it will open in window 1, unfortunately that is my laptop screen so it is just about useless for anything except email and file explorer. So I move it to window 2 (full size monitor). Most programs remember that move and will open the next time in the same window. GIMP will always open in the window it is launched from.
According to Stack Overflow user Chris Becke in this post, this can be stored in the registry and remembered for the next launch
