Create Groups of Guides

Description
Many times I have put a bunch of guides on an image for something in one section of the image. These guides extend across the entire image however, so if I also need to put other guides in another section of the image, they become such a mess that I am forced to delete the first guides, even if later I will need those guides again. Instead, GIMP should allow you to create guide "groups". Here's how it would work:
- You set a bunch of guides
- You right-click and select "Guides"->"Create Guide Group..."
- You name the group (e.g. "Logo" )
- In the same window as "Layers", is a tab "Guide Groups", each group has a thumbnail and row just like layers do, along with their names
- You can show or hide the groups there (and create more, delete them, etc)
This allows making guides for everything on your image without them getting in each other's way.
(NOTE: The reason I suggest doing it this way instead of tying guide groups to layers is that you might need diff. groups of guides for things in the same layer)
