GIMP version: 2.10.8 & GIMP 2.10.10
Operating System: Kubuntu 19.04
Package: Installed with the official repository of Ubuntu Disco and with the PPA otto-kesselgulasch/gimp
Description of the bug
When I try to export a JPEG file, a new file (which seems useless) is created next to the exported file. I have not tested if I have the same problem with the PNG export.
Reproduction
Always
Reproduction steps:
- Open a JPEG file
- File > Export a file
- Just click export without changing the default parameters
…
Expected result: Just the file exported in the directory
Actual result: The file exported + an useless file which name is inspired from the original file exported
