Gimp 2.10.10 won't remove fonts

Gimp 2.10.10

I have to remove fonts, but it seems GIMP still keeping them somewhere.

I removed the fonts from c:\windows\fonts and from recycle bin I refreshed the fonts in GIMP itself I removed the directories in Edit > Preferences > Folders > Fonts I checked in C:\Users^myuser]\AppData\Local\fontconfig\cache and it is EMPTY I checked in C:\Users\Root\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.10\fonts and it is EMPTY

But GIMP still have the these fonts. I wanna get RID of them! I can reformat an entire HD for such issue! Where a heck is the command that totally removes the fonts form this program???
