GIMP crashed whilst resizing one of the layers in multilayer file

Description of the bug
GIMP crashed when I was resizing one of the layers in multilayer file.
Reproduction
Hardly reproducible as I'm dealing daily with resizing tasks and this bug has never occurred before.
