Error: GIMP configuration failed.
- Error: missing dependency gtk-encode-symbolic-svg

- Python 2 headers

Additional information
- It looks gimp is NOT compatible with Python3 yet?
- What is gtk-encode-symbolic-svg? And where is it? I couldn't find any package named as gtk-encode-symbolic-svg under Ubuntu 18.04.2 ?
