Python "gimp.Layer" can not accept new Enum of mode
GIMP version: 2.10.8
Operating System: Windows 10 ver 1809 x64
Description of the bug
The last argument of "gimp.Layer" never accept Enum added from GIMP 2.10 (ex. LAYER-MODE-NORMAL)
Sample code:
fog = gimp.Layer(image, "Test", layer.width, layer.height, type, opacity, LAYER-MODE-NORMAL)
Python Console shows like this.
Traceback (most recent call last):

NameError: name 'LAYER' is not defined
But, Int value 28 is available!
