Linear Gradient Busted [GIMP Version: 2.10.4]
GIMP version: 2.10.6 and 2.10.4 (didn't test older versions)
Operating System: Windows 10
Package: Installed from gimp.org
Description of the bug
The linear gradient isn't linearly applied. The expectation is that each line should be exactly the same, as I am using Linear Gradient, and applying it Horizontally.
Reproduction
Is the bug reproducible? Always
Reproduction steps:
- New Image 800(w)x480(h)
- All White Layer.
- Select Gradient, with Black Foreground.
- (using defaults) Mode:Normal, Opacity 100.0, Gradient 'FG to Transparent', Shape 'Linear'
- Hold Alt, and make Horizontal gradient from Right To Left (starting at x:800 -> x:0)
Expected result: Each Row Exactly the same.
Actual result: Using Color Picker Noticing these are slightly off. Pixel 674,0: is 0x919190 Pixel 674,1: is 0x909190
Thank you for your hard work.
